Thu Oct 11 21:30:04 2018 Kocher clamps were then placed along the **superior aspect** of the fascial incision and the fascia was tented up and the rectus muscle was dissected off of the overlying fascia with blunt and sharp dissection. In a similar fashion, Kocher clamps were placed along the **superior aspect** of the fascial incision and the underlying rectus muscles were dissected off with blunt and sharp dissection using the scalpel and the scissors.
should i use "inferior aspect" or superior aspect (which is dictated)? Won't it be same?
Thu Oct 11 22:24:56 2018 Questyr done, a generic type search SEEMS to indicate that one of his "superiors" should, in fact, be an "inferior". And, not being a surgeon, I don't KNOW if it matters which one was done first. So, I think both s/b blanked and the client/dictator should indicate. (For instance, here is a link where the superior was done first and the inferior done second)
