s/l burned out eczema

I think that this makes sense, but I just want another opinion please.

She had a diffuse, dry, eczematous rash on her last visit. She has been using triamcinolone ointment twice daily. EXAM: The skin is supple. There is no xerosis. She has some postsecondary pigment change from s/l burned out eczema.

(I guess meaning the skin has changed from where she had the eczema)

excema several months or a year or two. Meanwhile they are hypopigmented relative to surrounding skin.
