Anonymous, glute,appendicolis?

this pt has IBS. this is a colonoscopy description...

There were several borderline-sized ileocolic lymph nodes. Mild "haliopacification" of the small bowel mesentery, greater near the mesentery "glute". A small, rounded, high-density structure at the cecal apex measuring 6 mm, appears intraluminal versus impacted "appendicolis". The appendix was visualized and had a normal diameter.

Any help would be great. Thanks.
