ADMITTING DIAGNOSIS: Preterm premature rupture of membranes at 32 weeks and 6 days gestation.

SECONDARY DIAGNOSES:
1. History of atriovenous malformation status post resection x2.
2. Seizure disorder.
3. Shingles.

PRINCIPAL OPERATIONS AND/OR PROCEDURES:
1. __________ protocol.
2. Betamethasone.
3. Repeat low transverse cesarean section.

Could blank be MRSA (methicillin resistant staph aureus)???

Fast talker and I don't usually do OB. Dictator does not mention any type of infection anywhere. Do they use MRSA protocol without any evidence of infection? Maybe in case there is one??? Baffled here. She says it twice thruout the report.
