The patient instructed to decrease amiodarone to 100 mg p.o. daily. He is to decrease Lopressor to 12.5 mg p.o. b.i.d. He is to add Clarinex 5 mg p.o. daily, add azithromycin 250 mg p.o. daily for 5 days, add Astelin nasal spray 2 sprays in both nostrils twice a day, add _______ 25 mg p.o. t.i.d.
