part of the medication sounds like ________optaron there is something before the optaron

can you give me an idea of what that part sounds like? I'm not sure I totally understand. Just give the entire sentence and a s/l. Maybe a sentence or two before and after as well -

We have ordered a TSH. The patient will likely be discharged from the emergency with medical management i.e. __________optaron. However, she will need follow up in the community. If she continues to bleed, she will likely need a repeat ultrasound or hysteroscopy to determine whether the material in the uterus is actually a submucosal fibroid or endometiral polyp.
