DIAGNOSES:

1. Status epilepticus most likely due to low Tegretol level (the patient had previously a Tegretol level of 8.4 less than four weeks ago).
2. Thrombocytopenia, unclear etiology.
3. Rule out s/l estruration.

down the list of possibilities for that term?
Is it neuro consult or is there any way to narrow (nm)

Yes, it's a neuro consult. Pt is mildly MR and has seizure (nm)
