back pain - pruritus or pleuritis SM

Patient comes in complaining of upper back pain, which is "pruritic or pleuritic" in nature. It starts around the scapula and has extended around to her mid axillary line. It is much worse when she takes a deep breath. She has a little bit of a dry cough.

ASSESSMENT:
"pruritus or pleuritis" (given Aleve)
