Left peroneal tendon recurrent dislocations with peroneus longus and brevis tears. Left pes planovalgus foot with calcaneal valgus and possible Spring ligament attenuation.Left ankle anterior impingement with small osteophyte. The peroneal tendons are going to need to be addressed surgically with a repair of each tendon, a fibular groove deep ______ procedure, and a peroneal retinacular repair.

I don't have a s/l because my sub did this.
