Is this correct transcription? Does it need punctuation?

EKG showed ST elevations diffusely in two leads, L2-3 and V2 to V6 with ST depressions without any PR depressions.

because it's more than 2 leads - he's stumbling here -- and V2 through V6, with ST depression (singular), w/o ?? ST or T wave/segment depression (PR wouldn't be correct)
