Methylmalonic acid was elevated at "10.82" - is this written correctly? He dictates as "ten eight-two." I'm finding normal range between 0.08-0.56 on Google. Thanks!

If that's urine, 10.82 probably makes sense - sm

I see that urine ref range is 0 to 3.6 mmol/mole creatinine and serum is 0 to 0.4 micromoles/liter.

10.82 would be way too high for serum, I would think, but maybe a reasonable elevation if urine test.

Just guessing here.
