Additional treatment recommendations included sacral wound care, to cleanse with "normal saline, pack," and use Aquacel, 4 x 4's, CarboFlex s/l "DOG" for odor control and some netting to hold the "DOG" intact.

It sounds like doctor is saying normal saline pack (like it's all one unit)--would you agree with my puncutation? The DOG, he says the letters quite clearly.
