shoulder pain - s/l*label* degeneration -- pls sm

She was worked up extensively for both cervical spine and shoulder. She has had MRIs of both areas. Apparently, it seems that she has had some rotator cuff tendinitis with a possible s/l*label* degeneration and radiographic impingement.
