The ball probe wah used to locate the maxillary ostomy under the middle turbinate. The *untimal* process was also located. ---- an elevator was used to perform an *untimectomy.* A back biter was then placed through the opening, through the *basomucosa where the unstaplasis* had been was removed.

Any ideas? please? I'm checing to see if uncinate will fit.
