Please help me punctuate this.

Although the initial dictation from Dr. X states ‘large 5 cm aneurysm or dissection off of the right side of the ascending aorta’, I did call Dr. X back at 2025 to confirm this and he stated that there was no evidence of dissection and it was comparable in size to prior CT scans.
