Need help with MRI please! See message.

The patient was seen in consultation by neurology and had an MRI done, which showed **association** of slight increase in the signal on the **fair grade** sequence in the region of the right hippocampal gyrus, which may suggest underlying mild medial temporal sclerosis on the right; and his CAT scan of the brain was negative.


there are some other possibilities-will list below
for second one can you hear "diffusion-weighted" sequence? (nm

Can't think of what the first one would be. Only thing that I can think of that would fit would be "evidence of" and that sounds nothing like association :)

one defintion is "a joining together" I've heard something like "an association of fluid collections" dictated before (or something like that).....
