The patient was given nitroglycerin 0.4 mg *subcu* times three, morphine 2 mg IV times three, and a nitroglycerin drip until reduction of her pain. A repeat EKG was unchanged.

Subcu? Isn't this usually sublingual?

at that dose, I would think sublingual (nm)
