Personally, for patients who get their own medical records, or other healthcare providers and the like who will be reading them, I think it behooves us to leave such as Negro, Oriental, etc., the way they were dictated. It's not my job to make anybody look more "PC" (politically correct), if that's not how they want or care to be perceived. And a patient, in particular, might want to know if that's the kind of terminology their doc uses if they haven't encountered them using it in front of the patient themselves before. JMO.

Just wanted to clear that up, so that nobody mistakenly attributes my attitude about some of their attitudes <w> to Vicki. :)
