chemo term s/l Sec 100 or seck 100 (see inside for more)

Inflammatory breast cancer. She is receiving aggressive adjuvant chemotherapy. About 2 weeks ago, she received her first dose of s/l SECK 100, this was followed by Neulasta. In spite of this, she was admitted with high fevers and profound neutropenia. Please see that note.

FEC 50 (fluorouracil 500 mg/m2, epirubicin 50 mg/m2, cyclophosphamide 500 mg/m2) or higher dosed FEC 100 (same regimen with epirubicin 100 mg/m2) every 21 days for six cycles during adjuvant therapy for node-positive breast cancer.
