Hyperventilation could not be done. The patient has noticeable slowing in the left hemisphere with the primary rhythm being a mixture of "delta theta transience." No evidence of epileptiform or epileptic activity is seen.

This pt is obtunded. Question is about how delta theta should appear and if transience is the correct word here.
