Using standard technique, the _____ catheter and pinnacle sheath were exchanged for a shuttle sheath. The tip of the shuttle sheath was directed into the distal common carotid artery. A balanced middle weight wire was then advanced....

I know sometimes after listening so many times, I can't hear anything else. Honestly, I don't know much about angiographies. After searching Google, lumen seems appropriate here. Also, I believe Pinnacle is capitalized. Sorry I couldn't help you more.
