second opinions please sm
how would you guys type this?

He says this fast, and it sounds like "two-to-one" and he is referring to the steroid injection with the components of lidocaine, Sensorcaine, and Depo-Medrol 40 mg.

Would you type it 2:2:1 or 2:1? I am thinking there are 2 pain meds and 1 steroid, so its a 2:1 ratio? Or there are 3 components to the injection for 2:2:1? Sigh- or could it go either way, do you think?

the Depo-Medrol is 40 mg, the others are 2:1. (nm)

My docs usually say 2:1 and then Depomedrol 40 in addition, so I would guess it is 2:1 for the lidocaine and sensorcaine and then 40 of Depomedrol.

Don't take my word though, this is only based on my docs and no real knowledge of it myself.
