"She has a strong pulse in her right wrist, and she does not have any claudication symptoms of her arm and no s/l still-type symptoms."

I have had this term before and researched and have never been able to definitely document whether it is "still" or "steel." I'm also not sure about the capitalization. Thanks for any help.
