Intraoperative duplex was utilized. The external carotid was measured twice and it showed a s/l ***7 seventh *** cm per second and then 192 cm per second just distal to a small amount of plaque seen. Common carotid came back 106 cm per second and the internal carotid was *** 97 to 101 cm per second.

any ideas? thanks
