Alert, playful 2yr. TMs are clear bilaterally. Normal landmarks. Normal PMs. Tubes appear to be in place and functioning. Nose clear. Throat clear. etc.

sometimes they forget that they just said something two sentences ago, but he could have his own abbreviation for something we don't know about. Can't think of anything that would be or s/l PMs besides TMs.
