Lumbosacral pain. Does this sound correct:

SLRs results in pain over the low back at approximately 30-degrees. Fleck SLRs at approximately 30-degrees of straight leg raising on the right lower extremity where the patient starts sensing pain over the lower back area at approximately 70 to 80-degrees SLRs on the left.

Can you possibly hear flexion where you have Fleck? (nm)

Never heard of Fleck, but I'd throw a comma or two in there (nm)
