His knee exam is negative for effusion. He has full active and passive range of motion with minimal patellofemoral crepitus. He has a negative Hoffa’s sign with anterior pressure during active extension. He has negative *quad inhibition.* He has marked tenderness to medial joint line. No tenderness lateral joint line. He has a positive McMurray’s for pain and perhaps a very small click.
