I found a diltiazem, but no diltiazem XL ... any thoughts or suggestions?

added to many brand names.

there ar several forms of extended release diltiazem (Cardizem SR, Cartia XT, Dilacor XR, Tiazac ER). I'd just take the XL as an abbreviation or extended release.
