Lab test s/l TTA for iron-deficiency anemia

"Iron-deficiency anemia. I discussed with the patient the differential. We will check a blood count, iron studies, urinalysis, reticulocyte count, and "s/l TTA."
Maybe PTA but I can't find a test like that either.

one of the thromboplastin tests maybe - sm

could be several things, I see PTA in Sted's Abbrevs as plasma thromboplastin antecedent, platelet thromboplastin antecedent, prothrombin activity.
I think this could be too many things to figure out. Lots of T and P and A abbreviations related to thromboplastin, partial thromboplastin, thrombin, prothrombin, etc.
