Shoulder pain.

Full range of motion of her shoulder with crepitation, which appears to be in the area of the AC joint. The crepitation is with rotational motions and some abduction. Neurovascular *s/l ses qui (long eye sound)* is normal.

Can you hear neurovascular "supply" is normal? (nm)
