Can anyone make sense of this sentence:
Sat Sep 4, 2004 21:25

The patient was recently diagnosed with non-small-cell lung cancer T1 N0 HACC stage 1A, moderately differentiates squamous cell carcinoma, status post right upper lobectomy.

I'm confused about what "HACC" is (can't document) and how "moderately differentiates" fits into this sentence.

Thanks so much!
