pseudolaxity

I cannot verify this term in Stedman's Ortho Words, a dictionary, or on some of my research websites. Patient is having left knee pain. Left knee exam shows five degrees of varus. Gait is antalgic. Range of motion 5 to 125. Quadriceps 4+/5. Joint line is exquisitely tender medial with pain on attempts at full extension and flexion. Lateral joint is less tender. Mild s/l pseudolaxity to valgus testing; otherwise, ligamentous exam is intact.

IMHO I would transcribe that as you have it. (nm)
