The distal femur further sized, appropriately a size 3, and then further femoral bone cuts performed in sequence using the 4-in-1 S/L "capsular" block system.

Speech recognition picked this word up as "captured" Any ideas? I can't find either,and my Google is playing games with me..keeps booting me out!! thanks for any help.
