The tricuspid regurgitation indicated a peak right

ventricular systolic pressure of 24 mmHg "plus" right atrial pressure. There was mild-to-moderate aortic valve insufficiency. There was a moderate-sized pericardial effusion and Doppler tracings were consistent with hemodynamic compromise.
Echocardiogram showed left ventriuclar systolic function was low normal. There was moderate concentric "life" ventricular hypertrophy. Could this be something else other than left? Cannot quite hear left.
Also, is "plus" correct in above?
Thanks in advance.

I'd say definitely, 100% "left" (nm)
