Would "increased ammonia likely secondary to medications" ??

multiple medical histories including chronic renal insufficiency, lower extremity cellulitis, diabetes, atrial fibrillation, hypothyroidism, depression, CHF, and bipolar disorder who presented on 08/26/2004 with increased BUN and creatinine. With hydration, her hemoglobin came down to 7.3. There was no report of any melena or hematochezia. She was also noticed to have an elevated ammonia level. She also has been noted to have lower extremity swelling. She has mild dyspnea at present. On her chest x-ray in the hospital, she has pulmonary vascular congestion.
