Do a physician searach in NC for Gulal and click the sounds like button and search. Brings up 25 physicians. See if any of those fit.

I use Yahoo; yellow pages section, type in what city to search in, then go to the Medical listing, click on doctors, and look for whomever.

Also when searching city names, or facilities; I make a good spelling guess, and just Google that, or else Yahoo yellow pages again work very well.
