History: Dyspnea and abdominal discomfort. Abdominal radiograph 08/11/04: *L2, L3, L4 articular faucette* proliferation, possible mild increased soft tissue opacity cranial to the right kidney. Thoracic radiographs 08/12/04: Multiple diffuse soft tissue nodules without pulmonary parenchyma.

Physical Exam: Multiple soft subcutaneous masses, larger in the bladder.

Diagnostics: Abdominal ultrasound: Large *mottled splenic* mass.

Diagnosis: Splenic mass with pulmonary metastasis.
