A transvaginal ultrasound will be performed some time in September 2004 to evaluate for possible resolution or increasing "complexification" of her right adnexal mass.

Not in my dictionary. Is this a word?

doesn't fit in this sentence. I'd probably just put complexity....think it'd be "sometime"--one word.
