A "PAR" team conference was held and an informed consent was obtained for a lap. bilateral tubal ligation.

I have another doc on this account use the same abbreviation with the same context (consent, operation discussion, etc.) and haven't been able to document it and this account wants all abbreviations spelled out other than lab stuff. Thanks.

never heard of PAR team. Could be something just in that hospital. Maybe someone else will know.
