An 85-year-old white female who was admitted to the hospital with increasing weight gain and abdominal girth, weakness, immobility, hx of breast CA.

GENERAL: Very pleasant, alert, oriented, denying any s/l "sendy of pain." HEENT negative.

Tried to hear "symptoms" of pain, but it doesn't sound lit it.
