CT of his chest, abdomen and pelvis done that same day revealed some tiny bilateral lung nodules, some slight soft tissue fullness in his left s/l cranial fossa and some small left-sided periaortic nodes all of which were unchanged. they didn't include his head so how did the cranial fossa show up.
