Hypertension with no obvious s/l “hednorgan” damage

Patient’s PCP said, since he showed no obvious s/l “hednorgan” damage and was now asymptomatic, he did not require admission and asked that I start him on an antihypertensive.

DX: Hypertensive urgency. Chief complaint was nausea and shortness of breath.

(I can't imagine it would be "head or organ" damage with these symptoms and dx.)
