The patient was given s/l "excellent" instructions on returning for any worsening, lightheadedness, chest pain, shortness of breath, increased bleeding, or any other concerns.
I'm not sure I'm hearing "excellent" there (though it sounds like it), and it sounds funny to me...any ideas what else it could be?
