BREAST EXAM: No focal masses. No lymphadenopathy or musculoskeletal changes. The patient examined in the supine and seated position.

Does the "No lymphadenopathy or musculoskeletal changes" fit in a breast exam?

No lymphadenopathy would be an axillary lymph exam - that makes sense. Usually hear no skin changes, but I guess if doc wants to call it musculoskelatal, then okay then.
