Patient in an ATV accident who hit his face on a tree. <ouch> Dictator says: He has raccoon eyes and can open his eyes in a limited way. Also, on sudden s/l access/axis, he has double vision.

maybe saying "at certain axis/axes" - i.e. testing visual fields?
