An MRI at that time showed severe disk disk kyphoctic complex at C5-6 and C6-7 causing central and foraminal stenosis. Based upon this, she was a candidate for anterior cervical diskectomy, decompression, and fusion with *allograft boning and planing* at C5-6 and C6-7.
