Nasal exam on the right side shows some s/l dryish, crusting areas but no lesions.

I know there is no such word, but would be a good replacement for dryish - I thought just plaine ole dry, but would like another opinion. Thanks.

can put dry-ish. But do not change to dry. It isn't dry, it's dry-ish in doc's opinion. May be a difference.
