After obtaining her consent, using sterile technique, a fine needle aspiration was performed of this node. Four slides and the "cyto dry" were prepared under ultrasound guidance.
Then on the next patient same:
Ultrasound of this area shows about a 3-cm hypoechoic lesion, somewhat atypical in shape though for a typical breast cancer. Because she is on Coumadin, we opted for a fine-needle aspiration of this. This was performed using sterile technique with a 10 cc syringe and 22-gauge needle with ultrasound guidance. Four slides and the "slide air-dried" were prepared.

Would work if it was dictated "Four slides were prepared and were air dried," but the way it's dictated sounds goofy to me. I haven't done enough FNAs to know, sorry.
