Knee synovial aspirate obtained from the Emergency Department showed ****85 white blood cells, 75% white blood cells by differential,***** RBC count is 37,422, Gram stain pending, positive crystals.

Is he correcting himself or are both of these values reported on this?

like "85 white blood cells, 75% neutophils by differential," doesn't make sense as dictated.
