Can't find documentation via google -

A VSD was noted on ventriculogram with a 4:1 shunt.

He says "four to one" and I thought maybe it was a ratio? Thx.

with it being dictated like that
I have no idea if it's a ratio, but sounds like it ... (nm)

this woman is OLD and hasn't had a procedure to fix her VSD nor are they going to do one at this time. I'll listen again though, thanks.
